Handmade-

All of my products are personally made by myself, Linda Oliver, in the great country of USA.  I believe in buying “Made in America” products and appreciate people who invest in that ideal.   For large bulk orders (ie; Christmas corporate employee gifts)  I sometimes pull in other women to help me fill a large corporate account order and do the final inspections.  I look forward to the day when I can provide jobs to other women on a regular basis.  No matter what your needs are, I am just an email or a phone call away.

Satisfaction Guaranteed-

You won’t find that promise anymore!  I believe in good repeat business and I have been in the retail business since I was 15 yrs old.  I want you to love your product and enjoy it for many years.  If a jewelry piece of mine is defective, falls apart because of parts or workmanship I will make it right.   Depending on how long you’ve had it, depends on if I have the matching supplies to repair it, or just replace it.

Returns-

Returns resulting in a customer’s change of mind due to color, size or tastes are refundable within 10 days as long as the items are in the same condition with the proper packaging and tags, accompanied with a copy of your receipt, a return approval code acquired over the phone from us- prior to sending it back.  Refunds will be for merchandise and sales tax but NOT including the shipping.  (remember jewelry shipping is not expensive)  Credits can take 3-5 days after the arrival of your item.

Product Quality-

All our beads and metals are labeled and free of Lead and toxic materials.  My suppliers label everything and to the best of our knowledge we are bringing you the most informed  product knowledge you can get.  There are “national party lines” out there that have NO mention of what metal content is in their jewelry.  With that said, know that the information I have added to each item is for a reason!

The bulk of all my glass I use is Czech Glass-  I love how durable this glass is and it doesn’t chip easily.  Of all the world’s glass, the Czechs are known for the most durable, lasting product that has lasted since the 1900’s.  It is affordable and comes in hundreds of  varieties.  (crackle, swirl, faceted, patterned, etc.)

The bulk of all my metals and earwires are always Silver or Gold-Plated on Brass.  This is the substance of all the great costume jewelry companies like Napier, Monet, 1928 Jewelry Co. and so on.  Thier jewelry has lasted since my Grandmother and I still enjoy her things!

Children-

Remember that all our jewelry is not made for children.  I do not advise necklaces or earrings for any age that would be out playing on playgrounds where items could get hooked or torn off.  Please use common sense with our most precious little ones.
